The Leadership Transition - Virtual Learning
Course Methodology
This leadership transition training course uses a range of approaches for development, including group activities, individual exercises, scientific evidence, role plays and group work. Scientific inputs are used to introduce theory. A main contender of the learning process is sharing the different experiences that participants bring as well as experimenting with novel and sometimes challenging techniques. Best practise is consistently shared with delegates taking ownership and accountability of work conducted previously.
